This article reminds me of Don Norman and Steve Jobs statement.

Don Norman said that we (designer) need to be facilitator. You’ve done it well by bringing everyone to the table.

Steve Jobs said that to make something great, we need to sacrifice the other things. You’ve done it well by using prioritization.

Anyway, great to see you write something great! Hopefully, we can discuss again someday.
